Job Summary

Total Maintenance Solution is a professional property maintenance and construction company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall project and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate various construction power tools (saws, drills, grinders, etc.) safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines
  • Perform general site maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep.
  • Support skilled tradespeople or crew leaders with daily tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and vehicles.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of job sites.
  • Perform physical labour such as lifting, shoveling, raking, or moving materials.
  • Complete assigned work efficiently and according to instructions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in general construction is an asset
  • Ability to safely operate construction power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
  • MUST have reliable transportation to get to and from work - no pick up or drop off
