**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the office calendar, schedule meetings, and direct correspondence.
- Answer multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarize yourself with office supplies and equipment.
- Handle mail and answer phones calmly under pressure.
- Utilize office productivity tools; organize files, sort mail, take dictation, and perform data entry; follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion of tasks.
- Plan and organize special events such as holiday parties and business outings; coordinate catering and venue details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
