- Mixing and baking an assortment of breads including baguettes, artisan, and pan breads;
- Mixing and baking an assortment of buns;
- Assisting pastry with mixing and baking as time and opportunity allows;
- Mix and bake an assortment of cakes, cheesecakes;
- Mix and cook fillings, icings, mousses;
- Build, mask and decorate cakes;
- Sheet, cut, bake and decorate cookies;
- Mix pie dough and cook pie fillings from scratch; and,
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organized work environment.

The ideal applicant:

- Has experience in both baking and pastry;
- Ideally a graduate of pastry school;
- Has 3+ years working in the field, ideally including production experience;
- Is creative;
- Has an eye for detail and produces products that are consistent in size, weight, look, and taste;
- Is able to lift 25 kg and able to stand the whole shift;
- Is able to work independently or with mínimal supervision;
- Has Foodsafe Level 1 Certification; and,
- Open availability including weekends.
