**Your Role**

As an Overnight Baker, you will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to freshness. Join our passionate team as you prepare delicious breads and baked goods during the night hours, ensuring our products are ready for our customers by morning.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads and pastries following established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery environment
- Work with your team to ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Follow production schedules and keep track of inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- A dependable team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality products and service
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Valid Driver license and reliable vehicle
- Shift 3am-11am, Saturday and Sunday required, 30 hours/week

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items (up to 22 kg)
- Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and moving
