**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
Royal Machine Solutions is a small contracting company with a lot of growth potential. RMS provides full millwrighting services including preventive maintenance programs, machine repair, shift coverage, machining, designing solutions for equipment issues, and high-quality fabrication of stainless as well as mild steel and aluminum. RMS is experienced in managing large or extended projects as well as small custom solutions for businesses. It prides itself on cultivating a passionate workforce that is highly skilled in industrial machine repair. **POSITION OVERVIEW and RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**TASKS INCLUDE**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including the administrative, marketing, and HR tasks
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term solutions to office practices and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement
- Provide guidance to administrative and marketing assistants in their daily tasks, including training when necessary
- Administrate employee benefits program
- Conduct invoicing practices - organize quotes, customer POs, sales orders; review time and materials for invoicing; and create invoices using Quickbooks Desktop
- Provide some IT support when needed
- Answer telephone calls from customers, government agencies, and business associates
- Various tasks as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience using QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience using Indeed for Employers
- Familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Premiere) / Photo and Video Editing
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics would be an asset (creating and organizing campaigns, building ads, setting up conversions, analyzing data)
- Well organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly ambitious
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Office environment: 5+ years (management would be an asset)
- Microsoft Office: 5+ years
- Quickbooks: 3+ years
- Google Ads: 1+ years
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:
- Completion of Post-Secondary Business Administration or Equivalent Program
**COMPENSATION**:
- Dependent on skill and experience
- Benefits offered following the successful completion of the probationary period
