Arelli Cleaning Inc. is a thriving commercial cleaning company that provides exceptional cleaning & disinfection services to businesses in the GTA area. As we embark on the next stage in our journey — expanding to new cities & areas, we are looking for a Part-time **Field Operations and Sales Representative** to join our journey to success.
- **What is the opportunity?**_

Process incoming leads and generate your own from the comfort of your home. Visit customers and do a walk thru to understand the scope of work and customers' expectations. You will enter the information using a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on your PC or smartphone to help you lead a productive sales process in a fast growing and progressive cleaning and disinfection company. You will be responsible for following up with the customers to ensure they have received the quotes.

We are looking for an individual with a background in sales, with a clear command of the English language who is a fast learner, has hands on experience with cleaning and is willing to work in a friendly and transparent organization with plenty room for growth.
- Coordinating with our customer service rep to resolve outstanding issues with customers and cleaners.
- Can professionally represent the company while engaging clients and address any complaints accordingly.
- Following up on issues identified with the crews to ensure all concerns are addressed.
- Facilitating and supervising job starts with new cleaning crews and ensuring service level is performed to clients’ satisfaction.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Available Monday to Saturday
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience the commercial cleaning business.
- A valid Ontario driver's license in good standing and functioning vehicle.
- Capability to work flexible hours including at least one day of the weekend.
- Ability to provide 2 verifiable references.

- Has an outgoing personality who is comfortable engaging with people with different backgrounds and capabilities.

- You must own a vehicle which you are able to utilize for the job in return for proper compensation (paid for travel & mileage)

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

**Job Type**: Part-time
