**Position Title: Field Sales Representative**
**Location**:Canada: Golden Horseshoe (Burlington, GTA, Hamilton areas)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay Rate**: $36,000 + 3% Commission + Gas allowance
**Work Authorization: Canada**: Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
**Reports to**: Sales and Operations Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
**Essential Duties**:

- Generate new leads and present the company's products to potential clients.
- Identify and research potential customers or leads.
- Provide daily reports on newly targeted clients.
- Engage with existing customers to maintain relationships and address any questions or concerns.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Product knowledge
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Background in interior design is considered an asset.
