Duties: Reception of patients, administrative duties, marketing activities, patient scheduling, billing, liaising with third party insurers, basic assistance with patient care, basic housekeeping duties
Qualifications: Previous similar experience preferred
: Must speak either Cantonese or Mandarin, in addition to good English skills
: education or experience in marketing highly preferred
: Experience with using Janeapp a strong asset
: MOA certification an asset
Qualities needed: Strong interpersonal skills
: Strong computer skills
: Strong problem solving skills
: Strong self-directed learning skills
: Good at multi-tasking
: Good work ethics
: Mature and caring personality
: Good team player committed to growth of the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
