We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing department as a Senior Social Media Manager.

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our unique and responsive team. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing large social platforms and who can develop impactful multimedia content.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create usable content that is in line with the brand image.
- Respond to questions and comments in a timely manner.
- Carefully consider the timing of posts to avoid spamming followers.
- Keep track of metrics to measure success of social media campaign.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and platforms.
- Be knowledgeable about social media, social networking platforms, and Social network technology.
- Know how to share content across various social media platforms.
- Be able to create visual content for various platforms.
- Know how to use industry tools for measurement, analytics and reporting of social media usage.
- Create and maintain visual content calendars.
- Create, optimize, and manage social media accounts.
- Implement a social media strategy for multiple brands.
- Manage the overall social media presence for a brand according to the established brand voice, style guide, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitor audience response, comments, and sentiment in order to make strategic business decisions.
- Hire and train employees to carry out social media initiatives on behalf of a brand.
- Create a strategy for an organization's use of social media platforms and be able to implement it.
- Maintain a strong brand presence on various sites.
- Be able to network effectively and meet people online.
- Engage with our audience, clients and collaborators by responding to comments across all social accounts.
- Drive creative thinking about how we engage and influence our audiences across each channel.
- Monitor trends and competitors by checking what is trending in the digital social sphere.
- Work closely with the marketing team to pitch and brainstorm new social campaigns by doing effective research to backup ideas.
- Create engaging content and effective social copy for all social platforms that reflect our brand's tone and guidelines.
- Manage content for our social media feeds, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, while identifying trends to increase user engagement.
- Research new social strategies and recommend effective campaigns that will increase our brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop social strategy three, six and twelve months in advance.
- Create and regularly update a social content calendar.
- Create and manage Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and more.
- Analyze paid campaign results and adjust tactics to improve campaigns using market research to evaluate testing and performance.
- Maintain campaigns for paid search, display, and paid social with a focus on increasing ROI.
- Manage newsletter campaigns, paid programs, strategic partnerships, and promotions.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports and analysis to see how our platforms are performing against our goals, and work collaboratively to improve results.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- University degree or College diploma in a communications or media-related field and 5 years of Social media networking experience.
- A diverse portfolio of social media posts and digital content that showcases a range of writing and content styles.
- Experience managing large social media platforms, particularly brand accounts.
- Experience in Google Adwords, Analytics, Facebook and Instagram paid advertising.
- Capable of supporting organic and paid social media campaigns.
- A proven track record of creating material that reflects brand philosophies.
- Experience using Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop, Vimeo and W
