The **Recruitment Specialist**, will be responsible to support the recruitment needs of our various sites across Canada. Witron believes that its strengths lie with the talents, creativity and passions of its colleagues and as such this critical role will work closely with local HR generalists and Site Managers to ensure that recruiting is always given the importance

**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfill the required recruitment objectives of the company across Canada and define the strategies in order achieve the recruitment objectives
- Place adds on online platforms, build rapports with technical schools, organize job fairs, leverage other recruiters to ensure that Witron attracts the best talents and personalities across Canada
- Be a strong proponent, ambassador and a face of WITRON

**Skills Required**:

- 3-5 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment recruiting maintenance personnel, machine operators as well as management and supervision staff
- Mastery of social and professional networks
- Ability to recruit remotely for sites across Canada
- Ability to manage parallel recruitment files for different sites simultaneously

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Human resources or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel occasionally as required to organize and attend job fairs, blitz recruiting and for training and immersion into the company culture
- Punctuality and superiour time management abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
