We guide clients through the **site selection, lease negotiation, and licensing process** to ensure smooth business operations. While we are not a real estate brokerage, we work closely with industry professionals to secure the best locations for our clients.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Site Acquisition & Licensing Coordinator** to lead the search for **daycare locations** and facilitate the **licensing process** with municipalities, health authorities, and regulatory bodies. **A real estate license is an asset but not required**, as this role focuses on **research, negotiations, and compliance rather than direct real estate transactions**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Property Search & Site Evaluation**
- Identify **high-potential locations** for our businesses across **Lower Mainland, BC**.
- Work with **property owners, landlords, and real estate agents** to negotiate lease terms.
- Assess properties based on zoning, licensing feasibility, and daycare suitability.

**Regulatory Compliance & Licensing**
- Communicate with **city officials, health authorities, and licensing bodies** to facilitate approvals.
- Track and manage **all necessary permits and regulatory requirements**.
- Guide clients through the **daycare business registration process**.

**Market Research & Deal Coordination**
- Conduct **market analysis** on neighborhood demographics and demand for daycare.
- Support lease negotiations **(without conducting real estate transactions)**.
- Maintain strong **relationships with municipalities, landlords, and business partners**.

**Who We’re Looking For**

✔ **Experience in business development, real estate coordination, or commercial leasing** (especially in childcare, education, or service industries).
✔ **Knowledge of municipal licensing and zoning regulations** related to daycare operations.
✔ **Strong negotiation and communication skills** to liaise with landlords and regulatory bodies.
✔ **Well-organized and detail-oriented**, able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
✔ A **real estate license is a plus** but not required (no real estate transactions will be conducted directly).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
