**What You’ll Be Responsible For**

As a key partner to our senior leadership and hiring teams, you’ll:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and forecast hiring goals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Stay on top of recruiting trends and bring forward innovative hiring practices
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve results

**What Success Looks Like**

Within your first 12-18 months, you’ll be:

- Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers across the business
- Creating and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
- Using recruitment analytics to continuously refine and improve the hiring process

**What We're Looking For**
- **Recruitment Experience**: Proven track record in full-cycle, in-house recruitment, with experience building pipelines and running successful hiring campaigns
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing tools, and Google Suite; able to use data to inform and improve hiring decisions
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Strong relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to partner effectively with leaders and manage sensitive information with discretion
- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient—able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
