Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors and subcontractors, managing project timelines, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and project management skills
  • Experience with construction site oversight, quality control, and safety protocols
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with local regulatory requirements
