Who You Are
You have 5+ years experience in multi-family concrete construction which ideally includes experience with rough-ins, structure, and building envelope.
You know what you are doing. You have helped lead projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality, safely executed work at all stages of a project. You like to “do it right the first time”.
You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top. You know how to bring out the best in others, whether that is your fellow colleagues, trades, sub-trades, or labourers.
You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit the moment, and the person. You have grit and a can-do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.
Finally, you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are passionate about delivering work to be proud of.
