**ABOUT US**:
The Tremendis Group of Companies has several brands representing distinct business units including Actus (formerly DMPG) and DMark Biosciences and Actus (formerly DMPG).
Actus is seeking a seasoned Sales Professional or an eager Jr. Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in a full-time role. This position will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
**OBJECTIVE**:
The responsibilities and duties of the Sales Executive are to gain and maintain the trust of new and current customers to help grow our sales objectives by meeting their needs. Your focus will be on activities to help generate new leads and business opportunities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential client and leads
- Research potential clients to build on a prospecting list for all team members
- Research and gather information on target industries and individuals for outreach
- Turning potential leads into prospective customers and sales
Client Relationship Management
- Provide quotations on projects using our in-house CRM (NetSuite)
- Help to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Help to pull company collateral together (presentations, sell sheets, etc.) to send out to new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points
- Provide sales support to address any customer issues or inquiries; help provide solutions
- Gather feedback from clients to improve or add to our product line, services, and sales processes
- Help customers obtain our customizable products with ease and efficiency
Product or Service Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services
- Communicate our product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients
Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract with clients
- Overcoming objections and addressing concerns to facilitate deal closure
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly
Sales Strategy and Development
- Work towards set goals and quota
- Help to identify new markets, segments or niches to explore
- Liaise with internal teams when needed
**MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and French is strongly preferred
- Sales/Account Management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to independently and as part of a team, as required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- NetSuite or other ERP experience is a bonus
**MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
High school equivalency. College or university degree would be an asset.
**LOCATION**:
This position will be hybrid/remote based in Toronto. Occasional attendance at the office for meetings may be required.
**SCHEDULE**:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
