Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales to promote MB Accounting's financial services and ShapeSoft's software solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated, client-focused professional with a strong understanding of accounting, technology, and business operations.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a base salary of $65,000 per year plus commissions, with opportunities for growth into senior sales or business development management positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients for accounting, bookkeeping, and software solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for ShapeSoft's software to business clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for both service and software divisions.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with accounting and technical teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts for new clients.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in accounting, financial, or software sectors).
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business finance and accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or accounting software is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Bilingual (English and Urdu/Hindi) is an asset but not required.
