Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Marketing within our team to develop our Natural Health Supplement in the market. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in devising and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility. This leadership position demands strong analytical capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and effective team management abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Providing leadership and direction to a team of marketing professionals, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Overseeing the development and deployment of marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing key marketing performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Managing the marketing budget efficiently and allocating resources appropriately.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,
- Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience in working with distributor is asset
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in business development, negotiation, and technical sales.
- Strong analytical aptitude, coupled with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
