**Executive Administrator**

This role will provide executive administrative support, reception and general office duties in a professional environment. The successful applicant will need to be self driven and motivated as part of a small office environment, with exceptional attention to detail, working directly with the Senior Wealth Advisor.

**What You Bring**
- Industry Knowledge: You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, working directly with senior managers in an organization. Having your Canadian Securities Course completed is advantageous but not required.
- Adaptability: You bring an energetic, solutions-focused mindset to a dynamic role, with the ability to adapt quickly and tackle challenges head-on
- Reliable: You are dependable and able to maintain matters of confidentiality.
- Communication: Your communication skills are clear and timely on both written and verbal platforms.
- Relational: You have strong intrapersonal skills with the ability to build healthy working relationships with staff and and management at the firm.
- Efficiency: You are a quick-learner who is able to receive direction, act efficiently, and work independently on the management and execution of tasks.
- Organizational Skills: You have excellent event planning skills and are able to adapt to different environments.

We work with individual clients and businesses in White Rock, Surrey, and throughout Vancouver to invest for the future. We take the time to get to know each client and their personal needs, goals, and objectives, to create a unique investment plan specific to their situation. We provide tax-efficient strategies for clients with complex investment portfolios, complex estates, international and cross-border assets, and complex tax liabilities.

The starting base salary range for this role will include a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
