The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who would be interested in a full-time permanent opportunity offered within the Ottawa, ON region.
Overall responsibilities would include:
- Updating job descriptions and posting them on various recruitment platforms.
- Working with external recruitment agencies when needed.
- Conducting market research as it relates to salaries and job titles.
- Screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Coordinating and scheduling the orientation and onboarding process for new employees.
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefit programs.
- Updating and maintaining our database and files as they relate to employees.
- Creating and maintaining all employee records, including organizational charts.
- Acting as a member of our Health and Safety Committee by taking minutes and following up on outstanding action items.
- Assisting the H&S Committee with compliance related matters and keeping updated records.
- Acting as a member of our Social Committee by providing creative and innovative ideas to promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Advancing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, etc.
- Assisting with any administrative tasks as they relate to the HR department.
- Assisting the HR Manager to implement and maintain policies and procedures.
- Assisting with some office management related tasks when needed
