**PURPOSE**:
The role of the Executive Assistant is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks including managing schedules, tracking key deadlines, and preparing executive level communications and reports. In addition, you will provide administrative support for the preparation of documents and coordination of the President’s calendar.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the President's calendar and resolve conflicts due to a high volume of meeting requests, competing priorities and time sensitive meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Track deadlines, set reminders and when necessary, attend meetings to take notes and follow up on action items.
- Monitor and triage executive’s inbox and flag for: action, importance, important data, and file and manage as needed.

- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize various internal functions including logistics for meetings and preparation of materials and presentations.
- Review and handle expense reports, financial documentation, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and support other members of the executive team as needed.
- Other duties as required

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly professional, discreet, collaborative, and resourceful

**LOCATION**:
