**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Uphold office policies regarding confidentiality and data protection.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience in a Retirement setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge in PCC software is an asset but not required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.5 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
