Please note: While this is a remote position, we are looking for someone in the Ottawa area as some responsibilities of the role require this individual go into the Ottawa office on an as needed basis.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screen calls, interview coordination, and offer presentation
- Run proactive recruitment strategy and pipeline building
- Oversee the coordination of onboarding package delivery as well as the collection of Case IQ property during the offboarding process
- Spearhead the Social Committee and lead companywide events and activities to create a highly engaged remote work culture
- Coordinate and manage employee travel arrangements for on-site meetings
- Conduct background and credit checks for new hires and existing employees as required
- Manage department files via Bamboo and SharePoint
- Assist with annual HR audit requests
- Other duties are required

**Who we’re looking for**
- University Degree/College Diploma, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative position
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience working in a Human Resources or Recruitment environment considered an asset
- Experience with an HRIS (for example, BambooHR) is considered an asset
- A natural tendency to be organized with outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential situations with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from Ottawa-based office every once in awhile
