Along with our colleagues in our offices of Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, Ukraine and soon to be California, we provide five-star transportation solutions to our ever-growing portfolio of clients.

Our Administration Team is currently looking to fill an opening in Billing If you are looking for stable employment, enjoy working independently, are a focused, methodical employee who pays great attention to detail, this could be the job for you.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Verify all documents received related to transportation
- Verify rates of customers and carriers and make needed modifications
- Generate invoices and send them to our clients
- Modify rates and issue credit and debit notes
- Upload client documents into our CRM
- Contact carriers for missing documents
- Communicate with our Account Managers regarding discrepancies
- Participate in the reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Filing all loads

**P**rofile*
- College or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English, functional French, Spanish is an asset
- Strong processing and problem-solving skills along with strong analytical skills.
- A team player who will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Excel, Accounting system knowledge would be an asset in Sage 300
