**Job description**

We are looking for an MOA to join our team at New Glenwood Medical Clinic, a Full Time position is open working morning shifts 9 or 10 until 5 or 6, or evening shifts 3-8 Monday to Friday, Sat 10-3.and Sun 10-3, morning and evening shifts with be in rotation with other staff.

A Medical Office Assistants helps with a variety of tasks, keep a priority to answer phone calls even when busy, have excellent administrative skills, other duties and responsibilities for a Medical Office Assistant may include:
Updating patient records
Transitioning paper records to a digital format by performing data entry
Sending tissue and fluid samples for laboratory analysis
Communicating with labs, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Calculating billing amounts and sending bills to patients and insurance companies
Leading patients to exam rooms or other areas and explaining medical procedures
Maintaining medical inventory by ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
preparing treatment room for minor procedures
continous meeting with clinic manager to provide feedbacks and improving care to our clients
Our working hours for the new year will be Mon to Fri 9-8, Sat, Sun 10-3. Wages are negotiable according to experience,

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
