Toronto, Canada Essential Designs Full time

Essential Designs is seeking a self-motivated, and creative professional for a position of Lead Generation Specialist.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor, optimize and manage Google Ads search, SCM
- Understand Google Metrics, review and provide feedback on paid marketing campaigns to the team
- Test, research and optimize variables such as keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and more
- Manage ongoing paid search: writing/editing ad text, keyword expansion, bid and budget changes
- Outbound lead generation
- Suggest and implement new sales promotions that may help in achieving further growth and business for the company.
- Develop, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns across different platforms
- Audit paid marketing campaigns and make strategic recommendations based on the performance of previous campaigns
- Analytics reporting, daily and monthly, via Google Data Studio, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads, and other digital ad channels
- 3+ years of experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically
- Effective at identifying and resolving performance-related and technical problems
- High attention to detail, i.e. near perfect grammar and editing skills
Remote position
