Ascend Fundraising Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Coordinator** to support the rapid growth of our Non-Profit and Charities division. Over the past year, our customer base has doubled, driven by the establishment of exciting new business lines that are reshaping charitable fundraising.

As a key contributor to the Non-Profit and Charities business line, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, maintaining CRM data integrity, and driving the success of outbound sales campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to support the division’s growth while contributing to meaningful work that empowers charities to maximize their fundraising potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation**
- Identify and maintain up-to-date contact information for target accounts, including Tier I, II, and III accounts in the Non-Profit and Charities business lines.
- Seek out new prospective accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) outside of pre-established account lists to continuously grow the prospect base.
- Assign cold-call tasks to AEs for outbound activity and ensure appropriate follow-ups are completed.

**CRM and Data Management**
- Ensure CRM hygiene, including accurate opportunity pipeline management, duplicate account resolution, and maintenance of clean account data.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as updating dashboards, managing sales reports, and ensuring seamless CRM functionality for the sales team.

**Inbound Lead Qualification**
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for further engagement.
- Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate AEs and track follow-up progress to maximize conversion rates.

**Reporting and Analytics**
- Support the Revenue Team Lead in creating dashboards, performance reports, and other analytics to track outbound efforts, pipeline health, and lead-generation outcomes.
- Provide insights into outbound campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Proven Track Record**: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in achieving measurable results and meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong is highly desired.

**Skills**:

- Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to proactively seek new opportunities.
- Experience leveraging technology to create efficiencies and maximize output and productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
