This role provides general administrative support, with the majority of the time focused on compliance-related tasks. You’ll be responsible for keeping documentation current, maintaining compliance records, and making sure our franchise network stays up to date with all necessary paperwork.You’ll work closely with the Brand President, administrative team and other team members to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and no missed details. Key Responsibilities Compliance Closely communicate with the Brand President on all compliance-related matters. Review, collect, and track insurance certificates (COIs) from franchisees. Ensure current copies of business licenses, registrations, and other required documents are maintained. Monitor expiration dates and follow up for renewals or updates as needed. Keep compliance records organized and easily accessible in digital systems. Administrative Support Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, shared drives, and databases. Manage shared inboxes and assist with correspondence and scheduling. Create and update templates, forms, and internal documentation. Help coordinate team meetings, events, and training sessions. Provide additional administrative support to leadership as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Compliance Assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and document management tools.
