What sets us apart is the strong partnerships we build and the supportive global ecosystem behind everything we do.Join Our Team in CanadaOur Finance Department is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Saint John, New Brunswick At Bicom Systems, you'll join a collaborative and growing tech company where respect and teamwork are truly valued. In this role, you'll work alongside talented colleagues from around the globe while supporting the Finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll preparation, month-end tasks, and general administrative duties. What your day will look like: Perform general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts and credit cardsManage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and bill processingPayroll administration and reconciliation (twice a month)Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedulesPrepare and remit HST and corporate taxCoordinate with and assist external accountantsPost journal entries, perform month-end closingYear-end preparationPrepare reports for managementAdmin and supportive duties, as required Qualifications & Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting or a related role preferredExperience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks Online)Strong MS Office skillsA good understanding of financial regulations and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detailProficiency in spoken and written EnglishPost-secondary education in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred What's in it for you: Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverageRRSP employer matching programFitness membershipMental health support and coveragePaid vacationCompetitive compensation packageTeam-building events Location: On-site in Saint John, NB, Canada Find out more about us on Facebook, LinkedIn and www.bicomsystems.com/careers.  We look forward to hearing from you
