And in a recent survey, 90% of Long View team members rated Long View as a good or great place to workAre you expert in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations?We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processesA Day in the Life:Provide day-to-day technical support for Dynamics 365 F&O, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, integrations, and customizationsMonitor and maintain the health of client environments, including performance tuning and optimizing system resourcesDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O, including extensions, integrations, and modifications to meet client-specific requirementsCollaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutionsEnsure all customizations and developments adhere to best practices, including coding standards, documentation, and testing protocolsDevelop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems, using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Data Management Framework, and REST APIsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ensure data integrity across systemsManage Dynamics 365 F&O environments, including development, testing, and production instancesCoordinate with client IT teams to ensure environments are correctly configured, up to date, and secure while overseeing deployments and updatesConduct regular system performance assessments and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and stabilityIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the system operates at peak efficiencyProvide guidance on infrastructure improvements and scaling to support business growthCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurationsDocument all technical solutions and processes to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgradesWhat You Bring:3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in a technical consulting roleMB-500 - Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateStrong knowledge of X++, SQL, Azure services, and other relevant technologies used in Dynamics 365 F&O.Experience with data migration, integration tools, and managing Dynamics 365 environmentsProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsExperience in a managed services or support environment is preferredWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldDesignations such as Dynamics 365 Finance &Operation Technical Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci Equivalent certification Why Work at Long View?Great people and culture Career growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible environment –A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellness$70,000 - $90,000 a yearExpected salary range $70,000 to $90,000 plus 10% Variable earnings
