Are you **Dynamics** **365** **Finance** & **Operations** expert?
We are looking for a professional and engaging **Dynamics 365 Finance & Operational Functional Consultant**for our** Data & Dynamics team**to be based out of** our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch**You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes
**A Day in the Life**:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 F&O users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Finance, Supply Chain, and other modules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and prioritizing support tickets in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Work with end-users to gather information, replicate issues, and test solutions
- Analyze client business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the Dynamics 365 F&O environment
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness, including configuration changes and updates
- Work with clients to develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools
- Lead small to medium-sized projects related to system upgrades, new module implementations, or process enhancements within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes within the Dynamics 365 F&O system
- Provide training and support to client teams to ensure they are proficient in using the system and understanding any updates or changes
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a strong focus on functional consulting
- MB-310 - Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Deep understanding of core D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of basic X++ or SQL for troubleshooting
- Experience in a managed services or support role, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and resolving issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
**What Makes You Extra Awesome**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Designations such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci
- Equivalent certification to MB-310 - Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

Expected salary range $70,000 to $90,000 plus 10% Variable earnings
