Job descriptionHireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an SAP ETQ Technical Analyst to support and enhance its quality management processes across SAP and ETQ systems.In this role, you will lead the implementation of core quality workflows, optimize integrations between SAP QM and ETQ, and ensure that quality processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational standards.The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with SAP Quality Module configurations, ETQ or similar QMS applications, and end-to-end RICEWF development. You excel at working independently, managing multiple deliverables, and serving as a strong liaison between technical and business teams.As an SAP ETQ Technical Analyst, you'll:Lead and manage the implementation of quality processes within the ETQ–SAP environment, including:NCM/CAPA processesDeviation/Waiver processesAPQP and PPAP processesContainment/Purge processesConfigure SAP QM modules, enhancements, and integrations.Create new QN types and interface SAP QM with non-SAP applications.Customize ETQ applications or other QMS platforms to support quality workflows.Develop and support SAP RICEWF objects end-to-end.Work cross-functionally to align quality processes, resolve system issues, and improve data flow and reporting.Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear requirements, documentation, and outcomes.Requirements3+ years of experience with SAP Quality Module configurations and enhancements2+ years of experience with ETQ or a similar QMS application integrated with SAPExperience creating new QN types and integrating SAP QM with non-SAP applicationsExpertise with SAP RICEWF development end-to-endExperience customizing ETQ applications or other QMS platformsExperience interfacing ETQ/QMS applications with SAP and other quality systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environmentA bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferredSAP and ETQ certifications are a plusBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
