The SAP Manager will work directly with SAP functional analysts, support team and business partners to design and develop process-based solutions that are consistent with business transformation concepts and principles.

**Responsibilities**
- Manager SAP will manage the business investigation, resolution and implementation of system investigation requests for business processes and enhancements to the SAP system.
- The Manager will also ensure a quality solution is provided by design and execution of detailed test cases and by working with the testing team to ensure adequate regression testing is performed.
- Where process changes affect job roles and system access, the Senior Manager will direct the SAP Support team and the Security Support team on implementation of these changes.
- Designs, develops and implements processes, policies and procedures that are consistent with best business practices for FGF.
- Works directly with the Delivery & Transformation Team to design and assess the impact of the proposed resolutions on the information systems that support them. Assesses impact of process changes on business organization and recommends deployment strategies to business partners & business owners
- Plans and manages the design, testing and implementation of process and system changes in accordance with scheduled system release packages.
- Able to identify deficient systems and make constant improvements by keeping industry best practice in context
- Collaborate with IT organization on various FGF Brands initiatives, project management office, best practices and technology;
- Vendor management and alignment with SAP Hosting partner and AMS Support Partner

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Computer Sciences or Equivalent;
- ** Around 15 years of progressive experience** in requirements assessment, development, integration and delivery in SAP, including managing experienced functional consultants and reputed third-party consulting firms;
- Extensive working knowledge in at least two of major functional areas of SAP S/4 HANA modules - Sales & Distribution/ Transportation Management, Production Planning, Material Management/ EWM, and FICO. **_SAP Certification in at least one of the modules is a must._**:

- ** Manufacturing (preferably food), supply chain and inventory management processes knowledge is preferred**.
- Sound knowledge of Software Development and Solutions delivery life cycles with demonstrated experience in leveraging different SAP project methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong teams.
- Dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to author technical specifications, presentations and other documentation.
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate to build consensus.
- Strong quest for knowledge, interest in learning and advancing emerging technologies within SAP ERP.
