We’re seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join a major transportation client with an immediate start in the Grand Falls-Windsor, NL area This is a great company with career growth opportunities for the right candidate.What We Offer:$18 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rateMonday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM OR 11 AM to 7 PMWeekly pay, every FridayImmediate startFree WHMIS trainingWhat You’ll Do:Make telephone calls and send emails to centralized customer service.Book delivery appointments via phone and email.Bill accessorial/additional fees as required.Maintain group email boxes and answer queue calls when required.Receive calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons and log and note comments in pros.Scan, photocopy, and fax documents.Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports).Audit shipping documents for accuracy, correct and report to supervisor as needed.Understand Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and react to and report non-compliance.What We’re Looking For:Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (completed or currently enrolled).Previous Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation and customer service is beneficial.Experience with TruckMate is not required but is considered an asset.Experience with Microsoft Office Products.Advanced communication skills.Able to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environment.Ability to work in a team environment.Able to work with little supervision.Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.Must be fluent in English, other languages an asset.Our team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
