We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team for the summer. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and administrative support in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflows and processes.
- Support inventory management, including tracking supplies, placing orders, and maintaining stock levels.
- Organize and manage scheduling for events, projects, and team activities.
- Help maintain operational records and reports, ensuring accurate documentation and filing.
- Assist with equipment management, including office and event equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as preparing reports, correspondence, and data entry.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency and suggesting solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related program.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
