Multi Service Manager, General Manager

This is an exceptional full-time, permanent opportunity for a Multiservice Site Manager in Woodstock, paying a highly competitive annual salary of $150,000 with a performance-based bonus potential of up to $30,000. Advance your career in the energy and retail industryAdvantages- Competitive annual salary of $150,000, plus the opportunity for a performance-based bonus up to $30,000.- Access a comprehensive group benefits plan and a commitment to your long-term career evolution. from day 1- Access to multiple discounts including fuel and other great products- RRSP Matching up to 5%- Work within a genuinely people-focused environment that prioritizes teamwork and professional respect.- Enjoy a consistent day shift schedule, providing work-life balance (specific hours to be discussed during the interview).- Take on a high-impact leadership role, overseeing operations in the local area and driving business success.Responsibilities- Direct and supervise store and maintenance teams to ensure the consistent, high-quality operation of all retail and automated fueling facilities.- Oversee all financial aspects, including meticulous cash handling, budget management, and financial forecasting and reporting.- Ensure strict adherence to all legal regulations and company policies, especially regarding the sale of regulated products like alcohol and tobacco.- Lead by example in customer service, promptly and effectively resolving escalated customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction.- Manage comprehensive inventory control processes, planning product orders and tracking competitor pricing to optimize sales and reduce costs.- Take ownership of facility readiness, coordinating necessary maintenance or repairs and conducting basic site upkeep to support operational continuity.- Lead a team of 3 managers and up to 40 hourly employeesQualifications- You possess between 5 and 8 years of relevant work experience in a management or leadership capacity, preferably within the retail or convenience store sector.- A Bachelors degree or diploma is required, with a specialization in Management, business, or a related field.
