Automotive Service Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Must have service experience with the understanding of service policies and procedures.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a definite asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel)
- Able to manage work flow and shop efficiency.
- Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Understand warranty processes of a dealership
- Experience in automotive parts and service, emphasis on service
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the activities in the department
- Develop and maintain/motivate service personnel
- Focused on Health and Safety in the Workplace
- Ensure staff training is complete and up to date
Wages will be based on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
