Role Summary Key Responsibilities Set an example of how to be an excellent Outdoor Education Instructor at Olympia Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times Create a positive and uplifting environment for all staff Periodic inspections of all challenge course and ropes elements Staff Management Assist with initial and on-going staff training Qualifications Required: Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C Clean Police Record Check Ability to lead a team Ability to work long hours Experience working with youth in a camp setting ACCT Level 2 Certification or Hours to Obtain Preferred: G Licence and a clean driving record Experience working at an outdoor education centre What We Offer Competitive salary On Site housing The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of youth.
