Olympia’s staff are expected to model values such as caring, cooperation, enthusiasm, integrity, self- leadership, commitment & teamwork.  Role Summary In this role, you’re responsible for leading and guiding diverse groups, from students to adults, through engaging and enriching program activities. A key part of this is customizing programs to fit the specific needs of participants while ensuring a fun and positive experience. Your top priority is maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone involved by following safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any concerns immediately. Additionally, you’ll perform general on-site duties that are essential for the smooth operation of the facility, such as maintenance, setting up equipment, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Program Facilitation  Ensuring the safety of all participants  Creating a positive and uplifting environment  Contribute to a positive and energetic camp culture for both clients and staff. Engage directly with clients, different departments and staff to ensure a high-quality experience. Qualifications Required: Standard First Aid with CPR-C  Clean Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector  Strong Communication Skills  Experience with Children Ability to work in a team  Ability to work long hours  Preferred: National Lifeguard  Bronze Cross  Pleasure Craft Operator Card  Experience with ropes and challenge course  What We Offer Competitive salary On site housing The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of youth.
