Olympia’s staff are expected to model values such as caring, cooperation, enthusiasm, integrity, self- leadership, commitment & teamwork.  Role Summary Key Responsibilities Set an example of how to be an excellent Ropes staff member at Olympia Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times Contribute to a positive and energetic camp culture for both campers and staff. Engage directly with campers, staff, and parents/guardians to ensure a high-quality experience. Periodic inspections of all challenge course and ropes elements  Staff Management  Assist with initial and on-going staff training Qualifications Required: Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C  Clean Police Record Check  Ability to lead a team  Ability to work long hours  Experience working with youth in a camp setting  ACCT Level 2 Certification or Hours to Obtain  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic camp environment. Preferred: Experience working in a camp setting What We Offer Competitive salary with room and board included.
