Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience in Canada and be legally eligible to work here.Key Responsibilities (GMIT progressing to GM)As a GMIT, you’ll learn and gradually assume responsibility for all aspects of running a Domino’s restaurant:Oversee day-to-day operations — opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standardsAssist in managing labor and food costs, monitor waste, and control inventoryParticipate in vendor ordering, receiving, and supplier relationship managementRecruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staffDevelop team schedules, manage shift coverage, and adjust staffing based on demandLead by example — coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate serviceHandle customer issues with effective service recovery to maintain guest satisfactionManage administrative tasks including payroll, deposits, POS reports, cash balancing, and daily paperworkMonitor and analyze store KPIs and performance metrics, making improvements where neededPlan and support local marketing, promotions, and community outreach initiativesProgressively assume P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities as training is completedWhat We OfferA clear path to promotion into a General Manager roleComprehensive leadership training and ongoing career developmentStaff pizzas during shifts + gratuitiesFlexible scheduling and uniform providedDisclaimerThis job posting is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of employment.
