GenAI platform Advisor

About the roleThe GenAI platform team is expanding and seeking advisors to accelerate and drive transversal enablement of these capabilities through solutions, practices, and expertise.As GenAI platform Advisor within the GenAI Platform Team, you’ll be a key contributor to the GenAI platform’s strategy at IFC and be responsible for the integration and evolution of the platform as well as the associated automation and service delivery. You will enable and guide our IT teams in leveraging GenAI. You will work in active collaboration with your teammates, management, the Product Owner, the technological experts, and our partners across IT.What you'll do here: Work in the Generative AI Platform team in implementing and maintaining to deliver a comprehensive generative AI solution for IT and business unitsWork collaboratively with AI teams, Developers and business units for platform on-boarding and enablementApply DevOps best practices to continuously improve the platform's performance, stability, and security.Producing clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications that you will help contribute toPerforming code reviews and providing peer coaching/guidance to other team membersAutomate platform deployment and management.Ensure strong adoption and integration of security best practicesApply Data Governance best practicesDeveloping production-grade generative AI plug-ins, extensions and microservicesDevelop platform requirements working with various IT stakeholdersHelp in defining key platform performance metrics and ensure proactive responseCollaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into robust data solutions.Prepare environment dashboards and report on environment health, usage and availabilitySupport the GenAI platform and its underlying solutionsEnsure a leading awareness of the market trends and opportunities on the subject matterProduce and review Architecture documentationDefine best practices framework and guidelinesWhat you bring to the table: Solid expertise on the topic of generative AIExperience and know-how of CI/CD best practices with tools such as GitHub Actions Experience using OpenAI ChatGPT APIs or Azure OpenAI Technical leadership experienceExperience in multi-cloud administration (Azure, GCP, AWS)Strong experience with GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, PythonSolid understanding of AI engineering & Data EngineeringDeep knowledge of LLM usage and LLMOpsSolid knowledge of AI-OPS and anomaly detectionComfortable with scripting or programming languagesFamiliarity with observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada #LI-Hybrid What we offer Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
