Solutions Architect – GenAI

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Solutions Architect – GenAI & LLMs who will ideate, design, and implement intelligent systems using large language models, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will blend strong technical architecture skills with a passion for experimentation, responsible AI, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI and agent-based use cases in partnership with business, product, and advisor teams.
• Architect and prototype GenAI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Build, test, and integrate autonomous agents for multi-step workflows, including financial planning, client onboarding, and investment analysis.
• Deploy and maintain GenAI applications with a strong focus on security, performance, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with product managers, compliance, engineering, and wealth advisors to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs.
• Produce high-quality documentation, demos, and training materials to support onboarding and enterprise adoption.
• Monitor post-launch performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations with engineering teams.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLM capabilities, agentic frameworks, and customer insights to guide solution evolution.
• Implement guardrails, monitoring, and Responsible AI practices to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant agent behavior.
• Lead workshops, enablement sessions, and co-creation labs to expand AI literacy across the organization.

Desired Skill Set

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution design and delivery experience, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong experience working with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Hugging Face).
• Proven systems design and solution architecture capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps practices, and secure application deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, interpretability, and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or regulatory environments (asset).
• Experience with Agile delivery and rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Strong enablement mindset with a passion for teaching, coaching, and building responsible AI adoption.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, TLS).
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background integrating SaaS and enterprise systems.
• Previous banking or financial industry experience.
