Stricklands is a proud, family-owned dealer group, one of the few remaining in the industry.
As we continue to grow, we're excited to introduce a new role for a Service Administrator to help manage the expanding needs of our service department.

We're looking for someone to join our team who shares our passion for quality service and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders.
- Manage the service calendar to ensure a seamless flow of appointments and work orders.
- Process and submit warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Work closely with manufacturers and warranty teams to resolve claims and ensure reimbursement.
- Provide expert advice to customers, explaining service options, product knowledge, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service estimates, timelines, and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or service advisor role is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in service scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive services and maintenance practices
- Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
- Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
