Job Description

As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and physicians, obtaining required identification and documentation

• Scheduling appointments and registering patients for procedures

• Processing and directing patients according to established protocols and guidelines

• Maintaining accurate patient records and filing systems

• Assisting patients with mobility and preparing them for diagnostic testing

• Working alongside physicians to ensure efficient clinic operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 0-2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting

• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Adherence to PHIPA guidelines and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
