We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Service Planning & Operational Readiness. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead clinical planning, operational planning, operational readiness, and transition planning initiatives for our new hospital build project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Service Planning and Operational Readiness team, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director, Planning and Design to develop and implement the Redevelopment Roadmap and Schedule.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, physicians, and front-line staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Health Administration, Business, Nursing, or Health Quality.
- Bachelors degree in Health Administration, Business, or Regulated Healthcare Program.
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations across multiple programs and services.
- Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
