As a Sales Trainer, you'll have the exciting opportunity to design, implement, and lead dynamic training programs that elevate associates at every level. You'll play a key role in equipping our team with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.Here's what you'll do:Lead the charge by facilitating new hire sales training at our vibrant Toronto Headquarters to global associates.Create engaging, interactive training programs that inspire and challenge associates at all levels.Deliver impactful in-person and virtual training sessions covering leadership, soft skills, compliance, technology, and industry-specific sales knowledge.Using our learning management system, develop top-notch training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and assessments.Personalize learning by adapting training techniques to suit different learning styles and preferences.Collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and build customized, high-impact programs.Stay ahead of the curve by constantly updating training content based on feedback, trends, and business needs.Track and celebrate associate progress, offering coaching and additional support to ensure success.Manage training records and report on the effectiveness of each program to leadership.Champion Tundra's values, vision, and culture, leading by example and making a real impact every day.Ready to ignite learning and drive growth? Join us and help shape the future of our sales teamsWho You AreYou have 1-5 years of experience in sales and corporate training and development.You possess post-secondary education or equivalent experience.You are a motivational and inspiring communicator who engages and empathizes with others.You are results-driven, take initiative, and work well in a fast-paced environment.You have strong facilitation skills and can tailor training for various audiences.You are confident using Microsoft Suite; experience with LMS platforms (Rise, articulate 360) is a plus.You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00.Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.Don't meet every single requirement?
