In this role, you will travel within an assigned market to visit stores, building strong relationships with retail sales associates and driving sales during high-traffic times at demo day events. You will also facilitate informal, formal, and group trainings for retail associates and managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Build brand awareness and loyalty among retail sales associates
  • Conduct product demonstrations and share product information
  • Travel to stores within an assigned market
  • Develop and deliver training programs for retail associates and managers
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Retail, Marketing, or Agency experience
  • Experience in training and communications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
