**Compensation Package**
CAD $51,000 annual base salary with earning potential up to 5%.
**Job Description**
We seek a dynamic individual with outstanding product knowledge and a passion for training on Google Ads.
Strong business and sales acumen are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering internal training on the Google Ads product suite, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
This involves translating knowledge into sales narratives with clients and agencies.
**Responsibilities**
Align with the Training Manager and Google PSA managers to plan and develop product training programs based on needs analysis and new product launches.
Ensure sales and product training are clearly defined, documented, and delivered for each role within the organization on a quarterly basis.
Implement internal and external best practices into the product training to improve sales performance and profit.
As an Ads expert, you will provide training (80%) and support (20%) to all roles in the project on how to implement various aspects of Google Ads to benefit the end client through increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
Track and measure training results, working with the Sales Analyst before presenting this back to the Operations Managers and Client.
Complete at least 1 call shadow per week and deliver 2 progressive trainings per week plus 1 Microlearning session.
Onboard new hire classes, present training updates and insights in a weekly market WBR, and complete training needs analysis on a quarterly basis.

**Schedule and Location**
A fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and candidates should be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of training experience in a sales-driven environment (inbound or outbound).
- Extensive knowledge of Google product offerings.
- Strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
- Public speaking skills.
- Desirable experience working in a structured sales environment.
- Desirable experience as a trainer.
- Desirable project management skills.
