As a student at PCL, you will get the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive work environment which promotes personal and professional growth.   We are seeking an Administrative Student, for our Resources Yard & Repair Facility located in Nisku, Alberta, that is available for 8 months starting in May 2026. As an Administrative Student, you will contribute to our team by:   Inputs data into the equipment system and ensures data integrity. Maintains electronic and hard-copy files for assets. Develops and maintains a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. Creates and maintains templates for forms, letters, tracking spreadsheets, etc. Willing and able to work in and adapt to change. Demonstrates strong computer efficiency by providing accurate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint support through composing and/or editing a variety of documents. Develops and maintains strong, customer focused relationships with all stakeholders. Values and models the solution provider profitability culture. Other duties as required. What you will bring to the role: Proficient on the computer and have basic skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn independently and stay current with new technologies. Ability to understand quality of services and good customer service. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to react to changing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
