We are seeking a **Systems Administrator**Student** for our North American Headquarters **(Edmonton, AB),** who is available for **8 months** starting in **January 2026**.

As a **Systems Administrator Student** and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

- Assists with configuration and deployment of network equipment (switches, routers, VPN).
- Creates requisitions for IT equipment and replace office hardware.
- Sets up new hire system accesses and equipment.
- Logs and responds to technology related issues and requests.
- Troubleshoots technical issues with users.
- Creates process documentation.
- Other responsibilities as required.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Support experience.
- Ability to contribute to a positive, respectful, and productive work atmosphere.
- Network/server admin background would be an asset.
- Some lifting and installing of computer equipment required.
